The first step is to have a Discovery Call with our Co-Founder, Amalia. She will explain the steps in having your very own bespoke piece of Irene & Jenny jewellery created.
You can talk her through your existing jewellery or ask any questions. This call is completely free and there is no obligation to continue any further. Your Discovery Call can either be done via Telephone or Zoom and should take no more than 15 minutes. Most importantly, it’s at a time to suit you.

We pride ourselves on using the finest craftsmanship to create each piece of jewellery. Your new piece will be delivered within 8-10 weeks after you have signed-off on your chosen design.
Every piece of jewellery we make is completely bespoke to each client and therefore has a unique price tag. As a guide, most pieces start from £10,000.
Here are the costs for each part of the process as a guide –
Discovery Call – complimentary
Personal Design Consultation – £250
Either at our private club in Mayfair or over the phone. If you would prefer Anita to visit you at home/work we will add travel expenses. This fee will be deducted from your final costs if you choose to go ahead with a commission.
Deposit – £1,000
If, after your Personal Design Consultation with Anita, you wish to go ahead and have your piece of jewellery made, we require a £1,000 deposit.
Payment 1 – 50% of cost
Once you have chosen a design from the 3 options, we will give you a final price (each design option will require a different amount of time, gold etc). Before proceeding, you will be invoiced for 50% of this final price.
Payment 2 – balance
When your new, bespoke piece of jewellery is almost finished, you will be invoice for the final balance. This should be paid before your new piece is delivered.
Following your Design Consultation with Anita, you will be presented with 3 different design ideas for your new piece of jewellery. These will be presented as hyper-realistic 3D computer images which look exactly like the finished ring. So whichever of the 3 designs you choose, you can rest assured that your finished piece will look exactly the same. When we are dealing with people’s precious heirloom jewellery, we don’t leave anything to chance.
Yes. We are fully insured to handle and securely store your jewellery throughout the whole process. It will be stored in a safe until it is ready to be transformed into a new piece by our jewellers. We don’t touch a single stone until you have signed-off on your chosen design option.
